UK 2026 | Day 5

Jesus Christ rescues you!

If that’s the only sentence you read today, it is enough. It is also the message that our students presented on Wednesday to children in Holiday Clubs and Camp of Champions.

Through the symbol of the cross, our students taught English kids that Jesus lived a sinless life, but accepted His call to be the sacrifice for OUR sin. Then, through His death and resurrection, He made a way for us to experience forgiveness and a right relationship with God.

Please pray that this message finds fertile, good soil in the hearts of every club and camp participant today!

Besides the seed-planting at clubs and camps, our students have been scattering seeds in other ways as well. There have been several connections made with English students during nighttime snack runs (to a certain American fast food staple with Golden Arches), even inviting them to our nightly gatherings, where quite a few have come and witnessed heartfelt worship. We’ve also seen some of these English teenagers pay for transportation to take them to our Camp of Champions sites, clearly indicating that they recognize something different in JF Students.

Some of our students visited a city market with the singular purpose of having gospel conversations and putting “Care Through Prayer” into practice. At the Wednesday night worship service, four local students in attendance were celebrated as first-time followers of Christ. These are just a few of the incredible stories JF Students have to tell.

Pastor Logan’s message on Wednesday night was from Galatians 5:16-26, encouraging students to be guided by the Spirit. Our hope and prayer is that our JF students would make the daily decision to walk with the Spirit, relying on Him to lead, convict, and transform them.

On Thursday, our teams will wrap up the Gospel presentation, and a very important question will be asked—will you trust Jesus? The evil one will try to mess up plans, so we ask the Holy Spirit to go before us, make our paths straight, and turn our words into life-changing truth.

Please pray this for Thursday – large turnouts, clear messages, and open hearts to the Gospel.
