Adults Sports Leagues
Our adult sports leagues offer divisions for all skill levels. It’s a great way to meet new people, build community, and have fun! We offer co-ed kickball, co-ed volleyball, and men’s basketball. Each league plays six (6) regular-season games followed by a single-elimination tournament.
Those interested in captaining a team should sign up via the link below (below the picture of the league). If you are already affiliated with a team, please wait for your captain to send you a private link to register.
For those who are unaffiliated with an existing team, you are welcome to sign up as a Free Agent. We send our list of Free Agents to our captains, and they will have the opportunity to add you to their team (signing up as a Free Agent does not guarantee placement on a team). Registration links will only be available during the corresponding season.

Adult Fitness Classes
JF Fitness offers an array of classes throughout the week with varied intensities for all ages. We offer free child-care to a large portion of our schedule as well as offer opportunities just for seniors. The classes meet once a week, and the cost includes classes for the entire semester (and childcare if applicable). Space is limited, and classes fill quickly! PILATES FUSION
An exercise technique focused on the art of controlled movements, which improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the whole body. Additionally, this approach to exercise emphasizes alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. This class format offers a traditional approach to Pilates as well as a mix of other exercises designed to accomplish the same objective.
BOOT CAMP
A full-body workout incorporating fat-burning, muscle-toning, and strengthening exercises in a time/repetition format. This is training for greater endurance, which will increase aerobic capacity. A variety of equipment will be used each week.
BARRE
Emphasizing fluid movement combined with strength training, this class focuses on core strength, lengthening, toning, and flexibility by primarily utilizing the ballet barre. Light weights and other equipment may also be used to improve balance, strengthen your core, and lengthen and tone your muscles.
SENIOR FITNESS FUN
Exercise is the key to staying strong, energetic, and healthy as you get older – it can be fun, too! Reaping the rewards of exercise doesn’t require strenuous workouts. It’s about adding more movement and activity to your life, even in small ways. This class is designed for the senior adult who wants to gain mobility, balance, and strength through low-impact movements and lightweight and resistance exercises.
PICKLEBALL
Pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong to create one of the fastest-growing sports among adults.
We offer drop-in pickleball most Tuesday and Friday mornings from 9:30am to 12:30pm for all skill levels. Our courts are in our climate-controlled Activities Center. Occasionally, we cancel play from time to time, depending on the church’s schedule, so always look for updates here.
