Serve as a leader! ONE WKND is an in-town weekend retreat designed to help students grow in their relationship with Christ through biblical teaching, authentic community, worship, and small groups. As a ONE WKND Leader, you will invest in a small group of students by leading Bible studies, facilitating discussions, building relationships, and encouraging students throughout the weekend. Leaders play a vital role in creating a fun, safe, and Christ-centered environment while walking alongside students during all ONE WKND activities. Leaders should be college aged or older and all leaders should bring their car.
