A Weekend Retreat for 6-12 Graders
Get ready for the biggest, craziest, and most awesome weekend of your life! ONE WKND, hosted by Johnson Ferry Baptist Church, is an in-town weekend retreat November 2-5 where students in grades 6-12 stay in the home of a church member with some of their closest friends, study the Bible with guest leaders and enjoy amazing worship sessions at the church. Our focus for ONE WKND 2023 is Wonder. We hope to see our wonder awaken to the greatness and glory of Jesus. You don’t want to miss out on this weekend filled with tons of fun!

Ryan Fontenot
Ryan is a modern-day evangelist, spreading the good news of God’s love with unwavering passion. His message resonates with this generation through his unique gift for biblical preaching – imparting timeless truths in accessible and meaningful ways that are applicable in everyday life.
JF Worship
Our Johnson Ferry Worship Band and Sing Team is a group of creative people who have been brought into a family by the grace of Jesus. We have the privilege of leading our modern weekly service in worship. We play contemporary music that is engaging and energetic without sacrificing the truth of scripture.
COLLEGE LEADER
HOW TO SERVE
Being a leader for this event is a huge responsibility. We are
looking for leaders who are consistently walking with Jesus and
who have a desire to impact students for Christ. We expect leaders
to be spiritually prepared by studying the curriculum and by praying
for God to speak through you during the weekend.

THE ART OF CONVERSATION

Parents, join us for the FREE parent session, “The Art of Conversation,” led by Ashley and Heather Holleman. This session will be held on November 4, 2023, at 10am in the Sanctuary. No registration is needed to attend. All parents of ONE WKND are welcome to join!
