  • Virtual Network Meetings: Interact with professional career experts about specific topics on the first Monday every month, excluding holidays, 6:15-7:30 p.m. on Zoom.
  • Crossroads Two-Week "Crash" Course: Expert facilitators guide job seekers in learning how to find a job during seven sessions. Classes taught by volunteer leaders from the Crossroads network.
  • Career Resource (CaRe) Help Line: Schedule a session with a volunteer coach to provide resume reviews, interview prep, job search and career advice. Contact, and specify your need in the subject line.
  • Ask-a-Coach: Connect with a career coach to answer job search and career transition questions. Send questions to

Crossroads Career Network

Corporations, small businesses, recruiters, and other organizations are encouraged to forward current job openings to the Crossroads Career® Network and to also post jobs on the Crossroads Career® Network website.

  • Local Network Meetings

    Held the first Monday of each month in one of three formats: speakers on career search topics, expert panelists or individual coaching.

  • The Career Explorer's Course

    Biblically-based job search process assisting individuals who are at a crossroads in their career:

    “Crash Course” for Career Transition: Held monthly and taught by career ministry leaders and hosted by major Atlanta churches (at JF four times/year).

  • Coaching

    Experts coach job seekers on career topics, including resume writing, interviewing and job search techniques. Coaches available at network meetings and during career courses.

  • Crossroads Career® Network

    Membership provides access to a world-class, Christ-centered career search portal, including over 100 links to career search sites, articles on a Christ-centered career search, and access to Crossroads’ job board where employers connect with job seekers and online classes. Learn more at
