At Johnson Ferry we desire for men to grow and develop in their relationship with God, to be the spiritual leaders of their homes and to influence others as they seek answers in today’s troubled world. We endeavor to equip men to know God better and grow in their spiritual walk.
Our Bible studies and events give men the opportunity to live out their faith, to learn more about the God we serve and to grow in their walk with Him.
Our events are designed to draw others in, our studies are for encouragement and growth and our mission trips are to share the Gospel here and beyond. Don’t miss what we have to share!

Several times a year, we sponsor dinner, followed by an inspiring program designed for and about men. This is a casual setting to encourage comradeship. All men are welcome, so we encourage you to bring a friend! This is also a wonderful opportunity to invite those who are not involved in our church.

Men's Prayer/Warrior Walk
Cover our Community with Prayer
Be a blessing to our local community by praying for it via the "Warrior Walk." Men meet for a cup of coffee and group prayer, then pray while walking/driving within a 5 mile radius of JFBC.

Bible Studies
All men are welcome and registration is not necessary
East Cobb Men's Fellowship: Join us Mondays from 6:30 to 7:45 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. We open with large group devotion then break into small groups for study and accountability. Start your week out right! No classes are held if the church is closed. Coffee and donuts free to newcomers, $1.50 thereafter.
Monday Morning Men's Bible Study: Dogwood Conference Room 6:15 to 7:30 a.m. This is a Verse-by-verse study of Scripture - how scripture impacts our lives as men and strengthens our understanding of God's truths. Current study – Luke.
Monday Night Men: David Coles opens his home to men Monday nights @ 7 p.m. in East Spring Lake Subdivision in East Cobb. Join us! Schedule: Each Monday through the school year; every other week during the summer.
Tuesday Men’s Bible study: 7 a.m. Fellowship Hall. Every week unless the church is closed!
Men’s Night Out: Current study "Seeds of Turmoil" By Bryant Wright: Senior Pastor at JFBC. School year (same as Wednesday Fellowship Dinners) 6:30 - 8 p.m. Room 353, and Summer 6:30- to 8:00 p.m. Room 330
Road Warriors: Wednesday night 9-10 p.m. Eastern Time. Designed for men who travel, this bible study uses a web based format to help men connect and learn together. We will email you a link and password to get you connected.
The Locker Room: All men are invited to The Locker Room each Friday, January 11 - May 10 (excluding March 29 & April 12) in Student Center South, 6:30-8 a.m. for a group study led by Tom Gray. We will learn how to lead our wives and children well and also how to detect the ways God is leading us. Each study is a stand-alone session, so come any Friday. No cost; no registration. Join us!

C.L.C. (Christian Leadership Concepts)
C.L.C is a 2-year program with the objective of equipping men to become leaders for Christ. The training outline has been developed based on Biblical principles which apply to pertinent needs of today.
The modules include: Closer Walk With Jesus, Living in God's Power, Leading Your Family, Standing With a Friend, Evangelism/Apologetics/Discipleship, Money or The Master, How to Study the Bible, How to Teach the Bible, Leadership, Reforming Our Community and World, and Working in Business Based on Biblical Principles.
