PRAY • PARTNER • GIVE • GO

As we set our sights beyond our borders, there's much to be done to fulfill the great commission. Pray about partnering with us, give and let's go! Johnson Ferry offers a multitude of ways to be a part of missions, both here locally and around the world.

Embracing the Ends of the Earth

There are still 3,800 Unreached Unengaged People Groups who have not heard the truth of the Gospel. Johnson Ferry has committed to embracing ten of these people groups.

What is a UUPG?

A UUPG is a distinct people group somewhere in the world with no believers and no one trying to reach them with the gospel.

What do we mean by embrace?

JFBC is partnering with our International Mission Board to embrace ten of these UUPGs.By embracing, we mean making a long-term commitment to seeing that these people are reached with the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Will you pray about joining us in this God-sized challenge?

As you seek the Lord’s will for what role you might play, please consider joining us for a weekly UUPG Prayer Meeting- Mondays, 8:00 - 9:00 a.m., Global Ministries Office (1000 Johnson Ferry Road, Suite E-150)

Prison Ministry

  • Georgia houses the 5th largest state prison population in the country
  • Approximately 50% of all Georgia inmates claim to be “Baptist”
  • Nearly 1/3 of inmates released in Georgia return to prison within 3 years

“I was in prison and you came to me…as you did it to one of the least of these, you did it to me.”
Matthew 25:36 & 40

Please consider how you may be involved in the Johnson Ferry Prison Ministry:

EvanTell Evangelism Training

ACT is an evangelism course with a vision to encourage believers to train, pray and share the gospel as the Holy Spirit leads. They provide free online training so that the two biggest challenges in evangelism – fear and not knowing how – are no longer a factor. Their mission is to enable the communication of the gospel so that more and more people share the gospel in more and more places every day. We encourage all of our mission-minded members to complete the ACT course. Go there now!
