Whole Hearted Health is a fact-based nutrition class that will give you practical knowledge of healthy nutrition while also providing strategies to incorporate what you learn into every day practice. Taught by two very experienced Registered Dietitians, you will learn how to navigate the confusing and overwhelming world of nutrition by applying the knowledge gained to accomplish the goal of overall wellness.

Follow up classes are incorporated throughout the semester to help participants maintain motivation to eat healthy and achieve overall wellness. Our registered dieticians will address your individual concerns and needs in the follow-up sessions.
