Eagles Cheerleading now offers tumbling/stunting classes for beginners through advanced skill levels. Our athletes learn the fundamental skills needed to properly execute each skill, advance their proficiency and condition their body to perform at a higher level. Come ready to learn, work and have fun! Space is limited.
Tumbling Spring Session:
Tumbling Class Expectations
Class schedule includes 5-10 minutes of running and stretching, 20-25 minutes of fundamentals and warm-up skills, 20-25 minutes of drills and spotted specific skills and up to five minutes of conditioning. Each class has 8-10 students maximum and 1-2 instructors. Our lead teacher has over 10 years of coaching experience with a focus in gymnastics.
