Our goal is to strive for excellence and offer a safe, friendly, loving, enriching environment in our Group Fitness program to women and men. We desire to lead participants in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by revealing Christ through whole life fitness. Certified instructors will teach all classes and monitor your fitness plans. All of our classes are designed for ages fifteen and older.  We look forward to serving you by helping you reach your individual fitness goals.

Referral Program

Group Fitness is thrilled to announce a referral reward system for our participants.  We want to reach and share the program with friends and family in our church and community! If you are a current participant and refer someone to Group Fitness who has not participated in Johnson Ferry Group Fitness before and registers for a class then we have a gift for you.

  • 1 Referral = Receive 1 free class for the entire semester

  • 3 Referrals = Receive 2 free classes for the entire semester

  • 5 Referrals = Receive 3 free classes for the entire semester

To receive your gift please have the referee to list your full name in the referral box during registration.  We will then work with you to provide your referral incentive.

Preschool Power Hour... Not Your Ordinary Fitness Childcare

Our  focus is on your child and their needs as they develop as a whole person - physical, mental, social and spiritual.  Preschool Power Hour provides a safe and secure learning environment for Babies through completed 3rd graders.

Classes are taught by trained and employed teachers who receive ongoing training throughout the year.  All teachers are also CPR Certified and Safe Harbor approved and we maintain safe teacher to child ratios. Bible based curriculum is taught and children receive age appropriate lessons, crafts, playground time and snack time.

Childcare is offered for 9:45 a.m. classes Monday - Friday.  You must register your child one week prior to attending your first class.  Once you register for your Group Fitness Class you will receive an email with the Childcare registration link.

The Recreation Ministry reserves the right to discontinue any childcare classes (with notice) based on attendance.

 

*Preschool Power Hour (childcare) is provided free of charge to Group Fitness Participants for select classes.

*** If your child will not be attending childcare at any time throughout the semester please contact the Childcare Cancellation Line at 678-784-5370 to notify the Childcare Ministry.

 

Personal Training

You have an opportunity to work with a personal trainer in a private or semi-private setting.  Semi-Private Personal Training involves two people who register together.  The personal trainer will determine a strength and conditioning program that is just right for you using weights, bands, balls, plyometric training, functional training and cardio.  By developing a personalized plan with your trainer, you will see greater results.  Our trainers are all certified with National Affiliations.  Each of our trainers teach in the Johnson Ferry Group Fitness Ministry and are required to keep their certifications current by taking continuing education classes.  Once registered, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Semi-Private sessions are shared with another individual who registers with you.
