20/20/20 - Intensity 2-3 (60 min)
20/20/20 is a 60 minute group fitness class consisting of three different classes in one. Classes will consist of various forms of cardio, strength and flexibility exercises, and muscle conditioning. This class is for everyone!! Options will always be given to accommodate every fitness level. A typical class may consist of 20 minutes of boot camp drills, 20 minutes of strength training using weights and the Bosu, and 20 minutes of Pilates and stretching exercises.
Body Sculpt - Intensity 2-3 (60 min)
Participants will use weights, bands and body weight as resistance to strengthen and shape the body while increasing functional fitness ability and overall strength. Class formats will vary using a variety of tools to accomplish results. No high-impact aerobics involved.
Boot Camp - Intensity 2-3 (60 min)
A powerful, full-body workout incorporating fat burning, muscle toning, and strengthening exercises by rotating to different stations in a time specific format. This is training for greater endurance, which will increase aerobic capacity.
Cardio, Core, and More - Intensity 2 (60 min)
Rev up your metabolism by strengthening your muscles! This class will change regularly to keep your body from adapting, and you'll never be bored!
Cardio Strength - Intensity 2 (60 min)
This class focuses on aerobic/cardio strength and full-body conditioning by utilizing the step, bar, hand weights, ball and other equipment to develop strength and endurance, enhance agility and challenge your balance.
Gentle Joints Toning and Strength Training - Intensity 1 (60 min)
This class is focused on toning muscles and improving strength and range of motion. The class includes a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, promote full-range of motion, and be useful in daily living. A variety of tools such as elastic bands, smamll hand-held weights, resistance balls, and other fitness resources are used. A chair is available for seated and standing support. This is a NON-impact class designed for the mature adult and Senior Fitness.
Interval Training - Intensity 2-3 (60 min)
Improve your balance, increase your strength and challenge your cardio-vascular endurance while utilizing the resistance ball, medicine ball and BOSU trainer.
Muscle Tone & Development - Intensity 2 (60 min)
Join us for a fast, effective full body workout that focuses on toning and defining your muscles. This intermediate-to-high intensity class has no high impact or cardio, but is instead all about toning and defining muscles through floor exercises, use of the dance bar, balls, resistance bands and body weight. Exercises target all parts of the body using various isometric techniques that create a leaner and more toned body.
Pilates - Intensity 1 (60 min)
Shake up your thinking of Pilates! Based on the concepts and theories of Pilates mat work fundamentals, experience a variety of class progressions that will challenge your core strength, dynamic stability, coordination, and breathing techniques. You will experience success right from the start. You will use a variety of tools in the class.
Powerhouse Core - Intensity 2-3 (60 min)
Transform your posture and redefine your "core"! You will increase your flexibility and build deep strength in your core, including abdominals, lower back, and gluteal muscles as well as challenging your stamina. Walk taller, tone up your legs and feel stronger from the inside out! Class formats will vary using a variety of tools to accomplish results. No high-impact aerobics are involved.
R.I.P.P.E.D. - Intensity 3 (60 min)
Experience this total body "plateau proof fitness formula" workout, utilizing resistance and cardio traning, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, Diet components of R.I.P.P.E.D. to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.
Zumba - Intensity 2 (60 min)
A fun fusion of meringue, salsa, and funk! This high energy class is for all levels and ages. With easy to follow choreography, you are sure to have fun while getting a great cardio workout.
Zumba Gold - Intensity 1-2 (60 min)
This is the popular Latin-dance inspired workout for seniors, beginners or others needing modifications in their exercise routine. Zumba Gold encourages joint mobility, strength, cardiovascular conditioning in a high energy atmosphere with fun, easy to follow, low impact, effective moves. Inspired by the fiery Latin music, Cumbia Salsa, Merengue, Tango, Rumba, Cha-Cha, and many more! No dance experience necessary.
Zumba Toning Gold - Intensity 1-2 (60 min)
The optimum blend of Latin rhythms with the power of body strength and sculpt! Using light weight rhythem toning sticks (similar to maracas), participants pulse their way through a low-impact, safe, and effective hour of fun and power! Zumba Toning Gold is the perfect fit for the older active adult or the beginning fitness participant. No dance experience is required.
