Reservations
Organizations and Bible Study classes and departments of JFBC will have priority in reserving any of the facilities within the Activities Center. The entire Activities Center will be available to JFBC groups after hours on Saturday evenings. We encourage classes and departments to reserve the Activities Center for fellowships.
- All groups must have adequate adult supervision and one adult must be the contact person in charge.
- ALL reservations must be made through the Recreation Ministry Office at least three (3) weeks in advance.
- The priority used for determining the use of the building shall be:
- Churchwide Events
- Scheduled recreation programs and classes
- JFBC Organizations
- Associational or Church Leagues in which we participate
- Outside Groups approved by the Minister of Recreation and the Executive Staff
Outside groups will be able to make reservations no earlier than three (3) weeks in advance of the desired time so that our groups will have the first opportunity for reservations.
At this time, the gym is not available for any team practices not associated with the Recreation Ministry of JFBC.
Fees
The Activities Center is available at no charge for individuals to use. There will be fees for sports leagues and classes to help offset the cost when necessary.
Late Night Events
It is our policy to have staff present when there are ministry events that involve recreation. If an event is scheduled after hours, the appropriate ministry would be charged to pay the Recreation Staff.
