A successful businessman before answering God’s call to ministry, Bryant is a respected Bible teacher, pastor, husband, father and community leader. He is a straightforward communicator who uniquely connects God's unchanging truth with a diverse culture through compelling and creative teaching.
In all services, the message from the pulpit is presented in a teaching style. Usually centered in one key passage of Scripture, the sermon is always practical and applicable to daily life.
Bryant is committed to proclaiming the "whole counsel of God" and preaches from the Old and New Testaments. Usually, he preaches a sermon series, a group of messages around a central theme or book of the Bible. Always, the focus is on the Truth found in the Person of Jesus Christ and is uncompromising in presenting both the meaning of the original language and its contemporary application.
He was first called in 1981 to be the Senior Pastor of Johnson Ferry Baptist Church. The church has its main campus on Johnson Ferry Rd. in Marietta, Georgia.
